In Ext JS 4 we've been told that there will be support for RTL.
Does this preview supports RTL, if so, how should we implement and define Ext JS RTL application.

I had a similar problem.
I'm running Windows 2008 Server Standard SP1 OS, after I installed, it asked me to "continue trail", when I hit "continue" nothing happened and the designer did not start.
