Ok I'have found this http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?243955 This is an answer. This bug fixed in GXT 3.0.2, but it is only a commercial release... When it will be accessible for all?

setStartDay() mrthod doesn't work, because getCalculatedStartDay() is called in the constructor and it is impossible to redefine startDay field... One way to resolve this problem is to wright my own...

How can I reorder the sequence of days in the date picker? I mean in different countries the weak begins with differents days, for example in our country weak starts from monday. So different locales...

I try it on many browser - the sane effect. But http://www.sencha.com/examples/ looks pretty.

I try inline editable grid. When you edit string value (dont close editor) and after that try to resize column you grid will look ugly.
