    Deleting the IE cache, closing the browser, and going back to it allows you to load the data again. But, as soon as you click the XML link, it doesn't load again.

    Here are the steps to reproduce this in IE7...
    Go to the page, click on the Load button... data loads fine.
    Click on the "dummy XML data" link and the XML displays in the browser.
    Click back...
