    Where/how do I specify/include locale?

I'm guessing it can be specified in app.json?
  6. From beta to release I found out that I had to include all ViewControllers and ViewModels in requires:[] where applicable, Ext.Factory threw the same errors as you are experiencing.

    This was...
  7. The Ext.Factory.controller would only fail if there were no Controllers defined/loaded.

Can you see if Root.js gets loaded by the Ext.Loader? If possible, try typing "Test.controller.Root" in a...

Notice it is unable to generate a sum for the field that is calculated. The same goes for a field using the convert.

I want to mark a form as "dirty", that is, whenever the Model.isDirty is true I want to both enable a button and show some text.

Is it possible to bind to that property? Or do I have to go about a...
  11. I bravely went all in on a new project and started it using the public beta. I learned a lot, and I can't wait to continue after I get the project to work in the latest final release.

    That is true.

Except when there are no ancestor viewmodels to be found, like for a Window.

    I get your point though.

Ah, but from my point of view I'm asking for it when I try to apply the awesome magic behind "bind", "publishes" and "reference" :)

I guess my issues are with the fact that applyViewModel handles *anything* and is only executed if viewModel is *something*.

Just seems odd to complain and break if viewModel is missing when it...

Fair enough, I guess I can live with viewModel: 'default'.

It's just that it's been said that we're supposed to try and keep the number of, or complexity in, the viewmodels low - and it seems to...

    Considering the following fiddle: https://fiddle.sencha.com/#fiddle/5kg

I'm trying really hard to wrap my head around this ViewModel thing.

In the situations where I don't need any actual logic...

That depends on why the Application should be told about the views. For referencing or...

  25. Have you tried looking at packages?

Generate a package using "sencha package generate" within the workspace.

Then you slap in 'requires: [ "MyPackageName"]' in app.json and build the package...
