Can anyone tell me where xcode is downloading the simulator to? for those with the issue.
I wonder if you could tell me what you have here?
~/.local/share/data/Sencha/Sencha Architect 3.0/assets/touch23
Here is what I have:

I'm asking the Cmd team.

Ok well my pathing is the same for the app store version of Xcode. Perhaps you're using the dmg install?

Again if you want to put things in your app.json then you need to go all in. This means you cannot have any x-compile, x-bootstrap directives in your index.html file.
You can either use...
ethraza, are you good?

Hmm I'm not sure shift tab is supposed to do that ... I think codemirror is trying to find the correct place for you.
We are working on this now and I expect a solution in the coming days.

Phani, See the new sticky: http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?282369-Sencha-Architect-3x-with-Cordova-PhoneGap
You're correct in that this is a fail in the current system. This way solved a number of issues but created this one. What you can do is run start and then just after use

I'm working on adding commenting support for functions and custom configs. This way you'll be able to add comments that sit just above them and help document your code.

I recommendation is to use phonegap or cordova. Some resources:
To get setup in Sencha Architect you'll need to do the following:
Keep in mind that index.html changes very very infrequently as it uses the microloader to load it all up.
Watching for that to change isn't very helpful.
I've done some testing on these exact versions and by adding app.js to my appCache section of app.json I'm able to get updates to cache.appcache during production web builds.

I'm doing some testing now to see if there are any issues w/ the version of Cmd we last shipped.
Can you send me a screenshot of the about screen (in Architect)?

We have a patch coming out for Cmd which should occur early next week. I'm trying to get that version of Cmd pushed to beta so you can get your hands on it.
What channel does your about screen report?

Assume you're on 3.0.2? This list is tricky because both you and Architect can add things to it. Wonder how it got confused.
You should be able to clean it up and it should then keep it in sync....

If you'd still like to upgrade to 4.2.2 follow these steps:
Open project settings
Go to framework tab
Choose complete or custom path
Browse to the downloaded 4.2.2 sdk location...

Upgrading before Architect supports 4.2.2 only affords you a new library. It does not allow for new features inside Architect. e.g. new properties and theme vars.
That will come when we...
