  1. Yes, there are still bug fixes in Ext4 (4.2.3) to be released in the near future. ( No release date )
  2. You are using JSONP, but you have a local 192.168 .. IP?

    If you do in fact need to use JSONP, (cross-domain) then the result needs to be wrapped in a callback function:...

    I am not aware of anything that provides this option. You would have to create your own UX.

    Add a pagingtoolbar .. just like a grid:
    http://demo.superdit.com/ext_dataview_pagination/
  5. As for viewing XLS files ... see the following:
    http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?283773
  6. You should be able setup a column renderer to change the display value, but sort should remain on the value

    Ext.onReady(function(){

    var store = Ext.create('Ext.data.Store', {
    ...
  7. See if this will help:
    http://skirtlesden.com/ux/component-column
  8. Access local files is considered a security issue. Imagine a website accessing your local files.

    If you search for 'excel' in our plugins forum, there may be a plugin to help with loading to grid:...
  9. I was unable to run your example, but this seems to display the correct rowindex

    Ext.onReady(function() {

    Ext.create('Ext.data.Store', {
    storeId:'employeeStore',
    ...

    A quick Google search provides:
    http://stackoverflow.com/questions/14010875/extract-email-and-name-with-regex...
  11. Something like this?

    Ext.application({
    name : 'Fiddle',

    launch : function() {

    var panel = Ext.create('Ext.panel.Panel', {
  12. There should not be any problems:

    http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?281040
    http://www.enovision.net/how-to-make-glyphs-work-ext-js/...
  13. You could use the following:

    Ext.define('App.store.MyStore', {
    extend : 'Ext.data.Store',
    alias : 'store.app-mystore', // create store alias

    // ...
    });
  14. As mentioned, you need to terminate your tree leafs .. so:

    Good:

    {
    "text": "Root",
    "Children": [
    {
    "text": "Folder 1",
  15. It seems the tree is autoloading the store, but on reconfigure you have to load the store, or set autoLoad: true

    var storeNew = Ext.create('Ext.data.TreeStore', {
    model: 'Task',
    ...
  16. My mistake. This example is using a tree, but I do not see an issue here as well.

    Ext.application({
    name: 'Fiddle',

    launch: function() {
    var store =...
  17. You are inserting a new record on your handler, of course it is going call create:

    grid.getStore().insert(0, comment);

    You also have autoSync: true
  18. Check this example for constrained windows:
    http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.1/extjs-build/examples/window/window.html
  19. Duplicate post:
    http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?284336
  20. Check for missing requires[, or syntax error is most common.

    Once you upload the file to the sever, the server code has to open the table and insert the file into blob field.
    What is your server language?

    Something like this:...
  22. Can you create an example for us in a fiddle?
    https://fiddle.sencha.com/#home

    Also .. can you test on a later version of Ext4 if you are using an old version.

  24. I am unable to duplicate this:

    https://fiddle.sencha.com/#home

    paste code in fiddle and select 4.1.0

    Ext.application({
    name : 'Fiddle',
  25. Can you be more specific? What is not working? Any errors?

    Ext.application({
    name : 'Fiddle',

    launch : function() {

    var store = Ext.create('Ext.data.TreeStore', {
