  20. You are going to have to provide more info about your app, os, browser, etc.

  21. You would need to have the actual component in a column as well as the header and then work around that. It will require you to develop this with custom code.
  22. It would be better to send all of the id's to the server and delete there .. instead of sync for each item at client.

    You would need to use a method to handle this at runtime. Have a look at setLoading()!/api/Ext.view.AbstractView-method-setLoading
