    Polymer requires IE10 or higher, but many Ext JS customers use older IE versions.

    How long does it take to run these 125,500 unit tests?

    What software or testing framework do you use to build these unit tests?

    This bug was never fixed ?
  4. What is the purpose of require.js?
  5. I see many instances in Ext JS referencing the Ext.elevateFunction method, but this method is not defined.

    What does this method do?

    node.parentNode

    Does this work?
  7. This is most likely not related to the problem at hand, but you are over-nesting panels.

    See this ticket for more info.

    Clearly this is a bug and it should be reported. Sencha Charts should handle label collision much better.
  9. I don't see any error when clicking the two or one button.

    What does the error say?... and how to reproduce it?
  10. Up to you... I think it's foolish not to use Cmd.

    Also, as I mentioned, I believe Cmd will decrease the number of CSS rules required by the application, so this should result in better performance...
  11. It's not just minification.

    If you use Cmd, you will be able to extract from the framework only the assets that your application needs, i.e. the required classes, not all classes. Also, I believe...

  13. Fiddle

    Initially the 'rangechange' event is fired 4 times even though the range is changed only one time.

    Range on the first event is [0, 1]. Subsequent ranges are correct [0, 7].

  14. Yes, this is fixed in 5.1.0

    Here's another variant of this bug:

    Fiddle

    label: {
    ...
    renderer: function (value, sprite, config, renderData, index) {
    return {
    text: value + '-X',
    ...
  16. Ext.define('Ext.grid.feature.AbstractSummary', {
    ...
    setSummaryData: function (record, colId, summaryValue, groupName) {
    ...
    }, // <===
    });

    Jim, hi!

    Would you be able to ask someone from the Dojo team why each node in the Dojo tree component (or widget as they prefer to call it) is a widget?

    How is this supposed to scale? A node...

    The description appears to be misleading since we are not clearing the filter.

    Do they still provide support via the mailing list? Otherwise, you will need to pay for support, so it's not exactly free.
  23. I don't have an answer, but I have a question instead :)

    Is there a reason why you are embedding your chart inside a panel? This is not needed since chart is a panel in the new Sencha Charts.

    Ext JS is not a monolithic framework. The build system allows the developer to extract only the assets required by the application.

    Dojo is a dead end software and I'd highly recommend staying away from it.
