  1. I was able to resolve this by overriding the collectData method of Ext.tree.View. It's kind of a sledge hammer solution, but will actually work out okay, as we want this behavior for all ExtJS tree...
  2. Hi,

We are doing QA automation and need a unique identifier within the browser DOM for each tree panel node. The json store has "title" labels in it, but those do not get mapped across to each...
  3. Okay. I don't have the time to resolve this now... so looks like Sencha Architect 2.2 is caput for Linux.

Fortunately, I found a workaround that's not too bad. I'm using Samba to share my SA...
  4. Yes, that's a good link. I was able to use it to get Chrome running on CentOS 6.4 - google-chrome launches perfectly now.

However, launching SenchaArchitect fails with a new error now:

  5. Did this ever get resolved?

I'm now stuck... I have another developer who used SA 2.2 to develop a project that I cannot open in SA 2.0 and still can't get SA 2.2 to work on CentOS 6.3 / 6.4 due...
  6. Yeah, my dev box is VMware Workstation, so I have VM snapshots... in case something goes wrong.

At this point, because Chrome is linked to an incompatible C++ run-time library, looks like we're...

  8. So is the answer effectively "you're on your own - go find the right version of Chromium for CentOS 6.x, build it from source, along with whatever dependencies it may have, if you have to, and good...
  9. Phil,

Thanks for that information. Unfortunately, it does not appear there's a yum package available for GTK 2.2 for CentOS 6.x available, so it may have to be built from source, which also...
  10. I downloaded and installed SA 2.2 today. It fails to run:

    [rbraddy@SoftNAS-DEV Downloads]$ /home/rbraddy/SenchaArchitect/SenchaArchitect
    Loading Architect package...
  11. Yes. We're still using it - has worked well so far. The iframes take a little getting used to in the debuggers, but other than that, works well.

Be sure to enable browser caching once you're...

I decided to have a look at the cache headers in Firebug at 12:45 p.m. when this request was observed. The max age is set to 1 day (86,400 secs), so seems like the browser should be caching all of...

    Hi,

We have an ExtJS 4.1 app that is loading very slowly, even when most, if not all, Javascript files should already be cached. As shown below in Chrome debug Network view, the ext-all.js and...
  15. Hi,

I would like to replace the default check mark that appears in the checkbox input form element for checkboxes on a particular form in my application so they look like this:

  16. Yes. It is a valid function of the controller:

  17. Thanks for the response. That could be it, except there's no error message in the console window (the function's not being called), and originally there was just a configured "fn: function()..."...
  18. Hi,

I have copied the following code from a working project into a new project, and it does not call the async callback "fn" for some reason. This code is called within a Delete button handler...
  19. Any estimate on when a fix will be available for splitters?

Sencha Architect produces an ExtJS application, which has multiple views, controllers, stores, etc. When building a very large application (e.g., dozens to hundreds of views), by default SA assumes...

Thanks John. I will give that a go. Appreciate the response.

Hopefully this will get fixed in SA soon.

Indeed! Isn't that interesting. That's the "code" that Sencha Architect creates for a splitter. See attached screenshot.

    Is this an SA bug?

  23. Yeah. That's how Sencha Architect treats Splitters - there's no xtype generated (see attached screenshot)

  24. Hi,

Any reason my splitter cannot be selected for resizing?
(the splitter is shown, but cannot be selected to resize the panels)

    Thanks

Any reason my splitter created with SA does not work? (the splitter is shown, but cannot be selected to resize the panels)

    Thanks
