  1. You're JSON decode()-ing XML data. Doesn't that sound weird to you?

    var obj = response.responseXML;

    It's impossible for ScripitTagProxy to do anything other than a GET request (it works by creating a <script> tag with an src to another domain).

    Loading is asynchronous. You have to wait for the server to respond before you can access the data.

    The 'success' handler you wrote is the only place that has access to the data.
  4. That isn't a bug. It's more like a feature request for 'trackResetOnSubmit'?

    My PHP isn't that good. Can you post what this PHP script actually returns (e.g. copy from the Firebug Net tab)?

    It should be returning (any <, > or & needs to be escaped!):

    The Ext SDK can't contain any conceivable component. The library would get huge!

    There are several plugins in the User Extensions forum that do this.
  7. For those still using Ext 2 or 3 I recommend the LiteRemoteComponent plugin for this.

    This is a know issue. You can fix it by changing the event used in the RowSelectionModel from rowmousedown to rowclick, but this will affect row drag & drop behavior (don't know if you're using that).

    I don't understand the question...

    Do you want to change the src of the IFRAME?
  10. Indeed, the <input>s need to already exist in the HTML and can't be generated by javascript.

    Example here.

    The override from this feature request will make the combobox wait with setting the value until it's store is loaded.

    Have a look at the setValues and getValues or getFieldValues method of BasicForm.

    Ext.define('Ext.data.ArrayStore', {
    extend: 'Ext.data.Store',
    //alias: 'widget.arraystore',
    alias: 'store.arraystore',
    ...
  14. No, that's not a proper solution. It could create duplicate id's (e.g. group '123-456' and '12-34-56' would end up with the same id).

    Can't be the scope. You're not use 'this' inside the handleChat method...
  16. Most browsers don't care as long as you don't include a " or a < in the attribute (which htmlEncode correctly escapes).

    A better solution would require a rewrite of GroupingView, because you would...
  17. IE6, 7 and 8 don't know HTML5, so this will be detected as an invalid DOCTYPE and treated as no DOCTYPE (which is fine, because Ext is faster in quirks mode).
  18. It does if you configure the loader with clearOnLoad:false.
  19. Ext.grid.GroupingView.prototype.constructId already htmlEncodes the groupId.
  20. There are some bugs in Ext 3.0.3 toolbar layout.

    Could you try if upgrading to Ext 3.3.1 helps?
  21. This is not an error in createDelegate.

    The problem is that the API documentation for the 'fn' option isn't clear.

    The 'fn' callback is always called with 3 parameters:
    1. The button name
    2....
  22. This is something for the legacy .js file:
    It should add the getTopToolbar(), getBottomToolbar() and getFooterToolbar() methods and the 'tbar', 'bbar', 'fbar' and 'buttons' properties to...
  23. I completely agree.

    The Ext.data.Store.prototype.loadRecords method (with parameter add = true) adds all records instead of adding/updating them like Ext 3.3 does.

    Currently you get the Ext 3.2...
  24. Your server already returns the posts of a user, but it doesn't return the user of a post, so it needs another server request to get the user.
  25. Configure the TreeLoader with preloadChildren:true and have your 'root' contain a 'children' array of nodes.
