I guess there is no good news.
FYI, my company decided to gradually move to another library and not to buy v4.x. But it may change its mind if something comes out before then.

We bought a license for Ext 2.2 and are still using that version along with the RTL community support that was provided with that version. I figured it's time to upgrade to 4.x to support new...

Condor: Thanks again - that works. I keep assuming the Viewport is like a Panel/Window.
So here is what I learned from this mess:
-Table layout doesn't manage sizes by design (this should be in...

Actually I was using Ext both as the Container of the IFrame AND the content of the IFrame itself. And before you ask, I need this separated because they are loaded from different URLs and the iframe...

Condor: Thanks for the clarification. I wasn't sure if it was a bug.
Animal you aren't reading my posts. I said this whole page is inside an IFrame. Put your examples inside an IFrame and see what...

I disagree. Ext JS should be working together with HTML/CSS not breaking it. If I set width:100% on an HTML table I expect it to resize with the browser. But because of the innerCt object in the Ext...

Does anyone have a workaround? This is kinda holding me back.
In case you were wondering, I need the table layout as the main layout because I have the fields arranged in two columns and some rows...

In IE only: If you embed a column layout inside a table layout with width:100%, the column layout doesn't resize when you make the browser SMALLER. E.g.:
I recently started using ExtJS, bought a license, and I'm very happy with everything but extremely shocked at the grid component. The performance is so poor when adding more than 100 records that...
