    Hi All-

    http://www.facebookcard.com - try it out!

    I just created a simple application to create dynamic e-cards using Facebook photos, publicly searchable mp3s, and Google Image backgrounds.

    If someone could throw me in on some of those waves, that'd be great.

  5. Agreed.

    I was trying to say that at the end of my post - but actual code works much better :)

  6. Hi all-

    This may be more of a workaround for a unique situation, but I thought it was worth noting.

    The Issue in context

    I use a GridPanel within a Menu (attached to a Button) to display a...
  7. Hmm... you could open firebug when viewing the documentation and execute:

    var track = new Fabs.boombox.Track({title:'Imperial March',...

    Hi varsos-

    I haven't tested, but this should incorporate the boxes width as the minimum with - if minListWidth is provided, the maximum of the two is used.

  10. Thanks for the positive feedback.

    @pcrombach - It works with 2.2.1 - check the source on the documentation page as that uses 2.2.1.

  11. Hi All-

    I needed to create a small music player for a client of mine. So, I decided to create a reusable widget with soundManager2 and ext-core 3.0. I called it Fab's Boombox.

    Google Project...
  12. Hi Tommy-

    That is great. I wrote something similar for database field instantiantion / altering by parsing the files for doc comments in PHP4 - I didn't even realize the PHP5 reflection API lets...

    I just ran into this issue and wrote something before checking the forums. However, I tested Animal's solution, and the list width seems to be the full width of the window in IE6. Here is the code...

    Great job guys! Looks great - nice and compact.

    Quick question - any chance for native JSON support? Its part of the 3.1 ECMAScript specification and already implemented in IE8 and FF3.1. It would...
  15. Yes - if you have gears installed, you should be able to see this functionality in the sample.
  16. You can queue as many files as you want. Files can be simultaneously uploaded. This is an option with the maxRequests option. The "Gears Panel" in the demo has that option set to 4 and the "Gears...
  17. Hi All-

    I needed to replace a panel I wrote that used swfupload since the changes that came with Flash 10. I decided to use Google Gears but wanted to ensure that users without Gears installed...
  18. The floor plan is not hardcoded - there is an administrator interface that allows for tables to be created / edited / moved, etc. It is just an implementation of the Ext.dd.DragZone. I capture the...
  19. I can confirm that - it seems to have something to do with the message box (top right) sliding in and out.
  20. Not sure if you are still looking for a solution, but I posted a modification of the file here with an example that makes the button behave normally.

  21. Hi All-

    The FileUploadField is a good addition to the library. My only problem with it is that the button does not behave as expected with mouse[over|out|down|up] events. So, I copied a few...
  22. Hi George-

    Please see the documentation for ComboBox. The 'select' event should be what you are looking for. eg:

    var cb = new Ext.form.ComboBox({
    // all of your config options

  23. Sounds good. I implemented this functionality and actually found that I needed more than 1 alwaysOnTop window, so I modified that sorting code a bit. This takes into account both the alwaysOnTop...
  24. Sorry for another quick post, I realized I left something out...

    This should be the proper code:

    // private
    var sortWindows = function(d1, d2){
    return (!d1.alwaysOnTop &&...
  25. Enhancement Request...

    I recently came across a scenario where I want to have a window thats always on top, but necessarily modal.

    The easiest solution requires a slight modification to the...
