  1. Awesome, thanks guys. This fixed it.
  2. I am getting a GWT Java crash (exception) after trying to upgrade to 2.1 from 2.0.1. Please let me know if the stack trace is sufficient, or if I need to try and build a test case by trial and error...
  3. I have temporarily worked around this by setting browser specific code. In IE the filter box is disabled and uses the Loader method.

In all other browsers with decent javascript implementations...
  4. Hi, I've got myself into a bit of a problem and hope someone knows a way around this.

I am using a TreeGrid, and would like to allow users to filter on a column of data. I have done this by using...
  5. My best guess is that storeAdd is firing on every add event (I am doing a lot in a single add statement), and it is expanding the root node prior to the children nodes getting "added".

    Hrm...
  6. Having a weird issue with TreeStore events. I have a workflow which is removing/re-adding content on the TreeStore, and for a user experience issue I'd like the root node of the Tree to be expanded...

I think you need to check if the item is a form field. if(item.isFormField())
  8. Nevermind. You are correct, setting it to VISIBILITY instead of OFFSETS fixes it...
  9. At what point do you need to set that? If you do it initially when it is hidden it will do the original behavior of sliding the text across.
  10. I just set HideMode to OFFSETS and it worked. However it also still breaks if you are in a FormLayout(), but that may not be supported. I'm not sure.
  11. Posting here as I'm not sure having a ProgressBar in a FormPanel is valid. (It is there to show progress on a file upload.)

But, if you do put it there, the text left-aligns instead of center...
  12. Here is a screenshot of what I see in firebug.

Played around a bit with some of the widths and couldn't quite get them to go away, but admittedly I am not that handy with CSS.
  13. Reset Mac FF3.5.1, disabled all addons, and recopied gxt 2.0.1 resources folder over... Can still reproduce.

Is there anything I can do to facilitate testing/validation?
  14. Specifically, if used in a Window with the FormLayout(), it generates a small vertical scrollbar.

This does not happen in Safari. It also does not happen if it is not in a Window, or if you...
  15. Thanks Sven. That fixed it. Sorry for cluttering up the bugs forum.
  16. The ProgressBar widget looks to have a few problems if it is initially hidden when rendered.

The ProgressBar update text gets aligned left (not middle), and then the two different colors of text...

Hi folks, in part of my GXT app I am trying to support fairly seamless file upload. I am using the FileUpload widget as part of a form, and everything is dandy. However the result of the POST is...
  19. Sorry for the strange title, not sure how to explain this better. I have included some sample code below, which is based on the Re-ordering treegrid to illustrate the bug. I'm testing on Safari 4. ...

Thought I'd add 2 cents here. A paging grid with server-side filtering would be excellent.

I am actually having the same problem. I would like to sort on a field other than the grouping field. It looks like it always sorts on the grouping field in ascending order. Haven't quite figured...
  25. Hi all, Making my first Ext-GWT app, and was having a problem with getting a BorderLayoutRegion to start off already collapsed. I saw some notes on the 1.x forum about using getState() and...
