EXT-0.82 IPhone - 3.1.3 Software / Form Example - Can't return to top

When testing out the form example on my Iphone, I can't return to the top of the form after selecting a couple of festures. It seems to lockup the form until I hit the back button to load it again.

NOTE: This can also be replicated in Safari

How it happens for me:

1. Select the form example
2. Load the record
3. Double tap the "This is just a big select" drop down menu
4. You should now not be able to return to the top of the form menu until you return to the example set list.

Thanks for the bugreports. We are aware of some of the form issues and are currently investigating this bug.
