Description:

• Ext.form.insertAtCursor always inserts at the top in IE8

Install Htmleditorplugins: http://code.google.com/p/ext-ux-htmleditor-plugins/

The insert HR rule from HtmleditorPlugins always inserts at the top and the expected result is to insert at the cursor.
