    Hmm, I have seen a lot of different problems with the button rendering on all the different devices (and we were able to fix most of them), but I haven't seen this one with the back and forward buttons yet. What version of iPhone OS are you running?

    The forward button display issue is reproducable using 0.90 on windows safari 5 (default user agent) when loading the toolbar example.

    I can't re-produce this on any iDevices including iPad, iPhone 3G (3.1.3) and iPhone 4 (4.1), only happens on Android 2.2 (2.1 is OK). Screenshot, notice the forward button:
