I've read the information available at http://www.sencha.com/products/license.php but I'm still not clear if my application qualifies for the open source license.

Let's say I have a company that runs a webapp. The source of the web portion (HTML/CSS/JS) is of course available but the source of the code on my server that generates that stuff isn't. Would I be able to use the Open Source License? The webapp is not GPLv3 so I'd be looking at the Exception for Applications.

    Thanks!

When it comes to licensing, it's best to have your individual situation clarified directly at licensing@sencha.com.
