    [FNR][2.1.3] Slate theme missing image resource


    Using the slate theme results in a 404 on the error-tip-corners.gif image. This is not in the resources shipped with 2.1.3.

    [WARN] 404 - GET /gxt/themes/slate/images/default/form/error-tip-corners.gif (192.168.164.57) 1444 bytes

    You can see this on the explorer example, where error tips are missing their corners. See attached screen shots comparing the blue and slate themes.

    The slate theme also seems to be missing the exclamation.gif and text-bg.gif files or are they sourced from the default theme?
