Unable to add to user reputation in the forums

I just noticed that if you try to add to a users reputation in the forum when they are the last person in the page the popup that displays to submit the reputation is mostly hidden behind the footer of the forum page.
Change its zindex or whatever its called.

I didn't even know it was used. I never do.
