    [3.3 Beta][FIXED-1175] Tooltip anchor element misplaced


    1. Open Qtip simple-widgets example. (Can't post a link due to forum moderation crap).
    2. Hover over the "Anchor below" panel
    3. Hover over the "Anchor with tracking" panel
    4. Hover over the "Anchor below" panel, the anchor element is now misplaced. See attached image.Untitled2.png

    Any news about this? I just downloaded the the Ext 3.3 rc1 and it seems that this bug is not fixed.
