    [FIXED-1213] img Elements Created Using BLANK_IMAGE_URL Need an Empty alt Attribute


    Several (8) places create a dynamic img element by using DomHelper or hard-coded markup using Ext.BLANK_IMAGE_URL as the src attribute. All of these places need to specify an empty alt attribute for the img element to be valid.
