I have gone throw the documentation but as a new to ext js and very much compact documentation , it become very hard to get hold of sencha touch , do any body have any helping material to get going.... any help would be appreciated
hey smitgrover - sencha is just another way of showing info through the core ext libraries. not sure what you want to achieve with mysql, but if it is data you are after, the xml, json, jsonp and yql are data formats sencha touch supports so all you would need is a wrapper on the back end to produce structured data in json or xml... the data functionality seems to be similar to that of e3 so that would be a good reference as @blessan is mentioning already.
well, here you are : either open source - you are on your own with basics, or pay for it. I did also spend some time to understand the concepts but thereafter it was plain sailing.
You will find that there are many examples available on sencha's website, check the community sections - or you can get paid-for support.
Alternatively you can hire someone out to write the app for you or get a consultant to lead/assist in your project (I offer either service).
