Easy way to use applyTo containing markup with an Ext.Button?

I know you can specify HTML with an Ext.Panel with various classes such as baseCls + '-header', etc. Is there a way to have "x-btn-text" in the HTML and Ext.Button will pick that up and use it for the button text?
