single quotes( ' ) are formatted to Question marks( ? ) when copying from word

Hi All,

i am new to ExtJs framework.single quotes( ' ) are formatted to Question marks( ? ) when i tried to copying and pasting the content from word into HTML Editor and TextField.
So,please any one help me to solve this.

This is not a bug in Ext!

The single quote in Word is are ‘ and ’ characters and not '.

You can copy these to a HTML page, but only if it uses a charset that supports these characters (I recommend using UTF-8).

But my requirement is to take the content from text field which is pasted from Word.

So can you show me one example?
