[OPEN-308] Picker on Android

I've been having some trouble with the picker in Android (2.2). I just tried the update to 0.95 and that didn't seem to fix my problem. I'm using a picker with three slots (1,2,3), each with four choices (a,b,c,d). This works fine in safari and iOS safari. But on Android there seems to be a screen update issue. After a few scrolls I can scroll to all but the last value (d). At that point you can keep flicking up on that slot but it gets stuck on the third choice (c). However, if you then go and try to move one of the other slots the slot that got stuck then updates.

So, for example the slots start out as
A A A

You scroll the first one up as far as you can and it becomes
C A A

But then you move the second field and all of a sudden the first field finally updates
D B A

It often takes a few scrolls of the slots to see this behavior, but it happens fairly quickly.

was facing the same problem in one of my projects and have decided to make a custom widget that has both the date and the time picker in one user-friendly dialog. You can get the source code from some of professional sites. The code is licensed under Apache 2.0.

Confirmed picker is still fairly unresponsive in 99.

We've improved this in RC1, please let me know if the Picker's slots are still not responsive to touch events.
