All runs ok but i've 10 shortcuts and i only can see over seven. And what is worst, if i resize my explorer windows they hide. The shortcuts don't redistribute over the div. Can anyone help me please? This is a good tool but with this "problem" i'm a little nervous.

Desktop does not support dynamically rearranging the shortcuts. If you want to show all your shortcuts you will need to extend desktop to add multiple columns for shortcuts. Look at the dom layout with firebug.
