    Default [DUPE-378] Forms broken in iPhone Simulator

    [DUPE-378] Forms broken in iPhone Simulator


    To repro:

    1. Open the Kitchen sink app (http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/touch/e...s/kitchensink/) in Safari on the iPhone Simulator that ships with the iOS SDK
    2. Touch "User Interface"
    3. Touch "Forms"

    Expected result: See the demo forms.

    Actual Result: Safari crashes, sending me back to the emulator home screen.

    I just upgraded my simulator to Version 4.1 (225) hoping that would fix it, but the problem remains.
    The KitchenSink app actually does appear to work on my physical phone.

    However, this bug is making testing difficult.
