to create stylish bars for heading

I want to give different styles to bars. I want to change the normal style of content panel or some other bar types

So what is your question? Styling is done with css. I would take a look at it with firebug so you can see the currently assigned rules and you get a feeling for it how to change it to fit your needs.

I mean i want to change the apperance of content panel's bar to place buttons on it. I need a bar that is different from tool bar.

What exactly do you mean with different? Other functionality?

Than you will need to extend Toolbar and add your own features.

I mean a bar where i can change the height and to give a heading to the left and give some links to the right side. I also like to change the color of the bar.Is there anyway to do this?
