Question regarding .Net and iPad
Question regarding .Net and iPad
We have an existing ASP .Net application, when looking around Sencha Touch does look like the best library to use to incorporate iPad style and I think its really impressive.
However the fact that all the pages are written in JS and no html at all concerns me that I will not be able to use it in the same site as my existing .net application when needing to load data.
I can see that Ajax is possible but I would be interested if anyone else has accomplished this or similar with Sencha touch as don't want to have to look elsewhere if I can avoid it.

There's nothing precluding you from putting your own html in the pages.

We are in the process of building a Sencha Touch app based off our .NET web app. We are using .NET MVC and sencha while reusing all our old code. It is working out very nicely.

@breath2k: You might want to elaborate a bit more on why you see this as a problem. What exactly are you trying to do?

I am trying to find an example of creating something with Sencha Touch using ASP .Net so I can include server side controls and code too. Any examples I find are written purely in JS.

Hi, I am also interested in Sencha example working with asp.net server control. From my limited time playing with Sencha Touch, it allows you to inject snippets of HTML into panels. What about if I want to show asp.net SQL Server Reporting Services Web Control inside sencha panel? Or any type of asp.net server side controls for that matter?
