    Default Sencha Touch List components not scrolling in PhoneGap

    Sencha Touch List components not scrolling in PhoneGap

    Hi,

    I'm trying a prototype of having the Sencha Touch List demo running inside PhoneGap. The problem is the Ext.List component won't scroll, even when I add a scroll: 'vertical' to the js. I have succesfully gotten the geo/twitter example running in PhoneGap so I know that the app is starting up correctly and that scrolling on iPhone can happen. Any ideas/suggestions? The code is pretty straightforward and I can post if necessary.

    Thanks,
    Dave Orchard

    Dave,

    please post some code, that's often helpful.

    What kind of device are you testing with? I'm still seeing the scroller lock up on some Android devices (eg. HTC Desire, 2.2)

    I have created a git repo at https://github.com/DavidOrchard/SenchaTouchListPG

    I'm using iPhone 3.2 simulator and iOS 4.1 device.

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Default List not scrolling

    List not scrolling

    Hi;

    Did you fix the issue, I'm facing the same, List does not scroll on phonegap or chrome, even with the scroll: 'vertical' set.

    Update: Nevermind, I just found out that I need to set fullscreen: true, after that it worked.

    Setting the fullscreen to true can indeed make this issue go away, but it could cause other issues if that panel shouldn't really be set to fullscreen. I had this same issue and in my case the problem was that the parent panel of the list was not set to 'fit' so it didn't occupy the enitre viewport.
