Description:
  • After Container resize (with border layout), Panel expanding animation renders panel of height before the resize. All turns right after animation finishes: Panel resizes to the container.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
  • Collapse east panel
  • Resize south panel
  • Expand (permanently) east panel

The result that was expected:
  • Panel appearing in the height of center panel

The result that occurs instead:
  • Panel appearing in the former height until expand animation finish
