I'm having the same issue but not in lists... It looks like the cause is the same for you though which is the content changing dimensions after the initial render. A very easy way to replicate this is to have a large and slow to load image in the page that does not specify it's dimensions. once the image loads the scroller does not get updated. I desperately need a fix for this so if you find the solution, please let us know and I will do the same.
Sure, I'll let you know. But I don't think that's the reason, because the same issue is happening to me when I load static data (an html table with pictures in every cell)
