    I need extjs and sencha touch to development an application to a client re-seller who go to sell to other people this application.

    Wich license i have to buy?

    i need license or my client need the license to sell after the application?

    i use Apache + PHP + Extjs (or sencha touch)

    the application is not OpenSource

    Since there is commercial utilization involved and you or your client most likely are not going to release the application under GPL to the world, you would need appropriate number of commercial licenses for ExtJS.

    If you want to be sure, send a e-mail to Sencha and explain your case.
