    [OPEN-703] In Android dragging fields moves the screen instead of the panel


    If you try to move a FormPanel, and do it by placing your finger on a field, you drag the screen instead of the panel. This can be quite confusing for users, as the address bar can be shown, and bottom toolbars/tabs hidden.

    This can be reproduced by opening the Forms example in the Kitchen Sink demo.

    Tested on a Samsung Galaxy S with Android 2.1-update1.

    It works as expected in an iPhone with iOS 4.2.1.
