Possibility to enlarge/shorten timeline durations for only one/selected layer(s)

Using "Insert/Delete Time" you can only add or remove time for the complete timeline with all its layers; it should be possible to do this for selected layers so other layers wont get affected

It would also be very helpfull if you could select the time to remove with the mouse and not only enter the time to remove.
