Capture customer's signature with Sencha Touch (and Phonegap)?

Hallo !

can anyone tell me if it might be possible to implement a customers signature with Sencha Touch (and Phonegap) ?

That means .. customer fills out form and signs the document (draws) with his finger. The signature should be a graphic that is stored with the form data. Afterwards a document can be printed.
