Not allowed to post on sencha touch forum without license?

Is it correct that it is not possible anymore to post something on the sencha toucn standard forum, or to open a new thread? When i want to reply to a thread it only shows the login screen, and after logging in it still shows that screen. Do i have to buy a license to use the standard sencha touch forum?

Given that Sencha Touch is now free (no license required), I'd say it's more likely a bug in the forum than a license issue.

I don't see a forum dedicated to problems with the forums themselves, so I'm not sure if there's a better place to ask this question...
