[v2.0-alpha] ColorPicker, ColorPanel and ColorDialog widget for Ext

I had begin to work on the Ext Colorpicker component.
It's a port of the YUI's colorpicker, but completly rewritten for Ext.

It's under development.
Please, feel free to comment and give me ideas!
