It seems like layoutConfig parameters 'pack' and 'align' are not working on layout hbox like they used to.

Code:
layout: 'hbox',
layoutConfig: {
    pack: 'center',
    align: 'middle'
},
does not put items into the center / middle of hbox.

Can this be confirmed as a bug?
