    [FIXED]Tabs Don't Overflow Correctly


    When the container of a tabpanel gets smaller than the size of the tabs, the tabs overflow incorrectly. Also "enableTabScroll" fails to fix this.

    See the following built-in example and look what happens when the window is made smaller:

    ext/examples/window/layout.html

    See attached picture for results:
