    Default [OPEN][pr4] example - complex layout in IE9

    [OPEN][pr4] example - complex layout in IE9


    When you click east(or west) panel collapse button, it doesn't collapse. It expand more.

    I found <!DOCTYPE HTML > is missing in the html file (examples/layout/complex.html)
    Once i add DOCTYPE tag, it shows OK in IE9.

    Other browsers are OK(Chrome 9, FF 3.6).
