How to start....

Dear all, I never did a project before but read all published titles like

- Ext JS in Action
- ExtJS 3.0 Cookbook
- Learning Ext JS 3.2
and have been playing with the 3.2 examples as my intention was to start using Ext js, but now seems there is a special way to set the directories structure, diferent way to define things, etc.

So I had no large experience from previous versions and now with 4.0 I'm completely lost. And I cannot find the mentioned texts but for this version.

My question is: There is any text like Ext js 4.0 for dummies with some examples from scratch? or video or whatever help...?

ExtJS4 just came out like 2 months ago so it takes time for things to start getting wrote. I know Jay Garcia is working on ExtJS4 in Action.

It's a rough start. Still trying to get my bearings with all the changes. I'm grateful that the Sencha team has been open to questions.
