    [B2] Follow up to EXTJSIV-544

    The following issue has been almost completely fixed in B2:

    http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthre...027#post586027

    However, it still does not work right when all the values of the bars are 0.

    See the following example code and picture. The locations of the labels are drawn in the incorrect place when all the bars have a value of 0:

    Code:
    Ext.require('Ext.chart.*');
    Ext.require(['Ext.Window', 'Ext.layout.container.Fit', 'Ext.fx.target.Sprite']);

    Ext.onReady(function () {
       store1.loadData([{
           name: 'Jan',
           data1: 00
       }, {
           name: 'Feb',
           data1: 00
       }, {
           name: 'Mar',
           data1: 00
       }, {
           name: 'Apr',
           data1: 00
       }, {
           name: 'May',
           data1: 00
       }, {
           name: 'Jun',
           data1: 00
       }, {
           name: 'Jul',
           data1: 00
       }, {
           name: 'Aug',
           data1: 00
       }, {
           name: 'Sep',
           data1: 00
       }, {
           name: 'Oct',
           data1: 00
       }, {
           name: 'Nov',
           data1: 00
       }, {
           name: 'Dec',
           data1: 00
       }]);

       var win = Ext.create('Ext.Window', {
           width: 800,

    This has still not been fixed in 4.0.1.

    Is there any mor information I can provide to get it debugged?
