When do I get access to the premium support forum?

Watch your email as you should get some emails about getting access. They will send you an email asking for you forum name and then you will get the access (once they change it).

When did you purchase support?

Our support contract expires in June, but I seem to have lost access to the premium support forums (posting there). Any body else having the same issue?

Strange.

I also have problems, but that seems to be due to some mess up after purchasing the support subscription.
Here's a snippet from the e-mail I got (notice the empty list of users that have been granted access):

I used the contact form last week and this morning have sent an email to support@sencha.com, but no reply so far.

As far as I'm a premium member, is it possible to get access to premium forums ?
I've tried contacting @support@ many times but got no response !
Can anybody help me on this ?
