How ext-app-builder, provided in the Ext JS SDK, is expected to be use?

After executing it still doesn't return the prompt and give only one error line:
    C:\SenchaSDKTools-1.0\appbuilder>ext-app-builder.bat
undefined:0 Error: Missing required 'app-entry' argument

Yes, the "SDK" definitely needs much more documentation.
Not even a README in the main folder :-(
The only information I have found so far is here: http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-4.0...g_started.html

Also I wonder why there is an installer at all. The only start menu item is "uninstall".
Why not just download a zipped folder?

Please refer to http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-4.0...g_started.html on how to use the tools for deployment.

'ext-app-builder' command is not meant to be used independently. Type 'sencha' on the terminal and you should see a list of all available commands with detailed instructions.

We are in the midst of adding a lot more documentation. The installer automatically makes sure all binaries are available in PATH so that you can use them throughout your system right away, as comparing with manually steps involved from getting a zip file.

Hi. I want to generate base 'template' ( directories structure, index.html, app.js .... ) of Ext application. What command line tool can do this and with what command? I saw commands that provided 'sencha' but I did not found corresponding to my needs.

That doesn't work on my machine (Mac OS X 10.6 + zsh). I added this to my ~/.zshrc to make it work:
    Code:
    export PATH=$PATH:/Applications/SenchaSDKTools-1.0:/Applications/SenchaSDKTools-1.0/command:/Applications/SenchaSDKTools-1.0/appbuilder:/Applications/SenchaSDKTools-1.0/jsbuilder
I would prefer to have a ZIP-file (or even better an homebrew formular)

I'd +1 for a plain download on this. I don't like installers for random tools messing about with my path -- if every tool I used tried to add three? four? directories, I'd have a nearly-infinite path.

I'm in OSX 10.6.7. The installer put the paths in ~/.profile but it wasn't working. I had to change to ~/.bash_profile to make it work:

    Code:
    export PATH="$PATH:/Applications/SenchaSDKTools-1.1/"
    export PATH="$PATH:/Applications/SenchaSDKTools-1.1/command"
    export PATH="$PATH:/Applications/SenchaSDKTools-1.1/jsbuilder"
    export PATH="$PATH:/Applications/SenchaSDKTools-1.1/appbuilder"
    My 50 cents (:
