Ext JS 4 and RTL

Hi,

I am really interested in buying an Ext JS 4 package for using in my development, however, I must have RTL support.

I read that RTL support should be in Ext JS 4.x, but is it in Ext JS 4.0 that was released today?
Is it full RTL support, or just some kind of partial support?
