    I know there is a problem with the theme slicing tool, and there are some bugs in the theme scss files that are being worked on - I suspect that once things settle down in that area, and you can compile a theme that looks the same on IE 8/9, FF 3/4, Chrome, Safari, that the Neptune theme would follow pretty quickly.
