successfully install the SDKTools, and when I use the sencha build command with a .jsb3 file from the examples, it work fine, but when I like create a .jsb3 for my project with sencha create jsb, this error ocurr:

[ERROR] Ext is not defined, please verify that the library is loaded properly on the application's page
undefined:0 ReferenceError: Can't find variable: Ext

What getting started guide are you using? This one doesn't have much reading and I'm wondering if you have a better link?

    http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/ext-4.0...g_started.html

but I get this error :

    uncaught exception: Stream:"Could not open the pipe" (exec://ext-app-builder --app-entry index.html --project app.jsb3)

    Any idea?

I read the offline docs that are inside ExtJS4, there you would see a updated getting started guide.

Both sencha commands already work for me. When I said I should read to the end of the guide, was because there said that if your are developing on top of a dynamic server-side, you can use the url, like these:
    sencha create jsb -a http://localhost/path/to/application/index.php -p app.jsb3

That way worked perfectly to me, and maybe solve your problem too.

    i found a temporary solition,

    try,

go to the your app root folder.

and put on your command screen below lines

    ext-app-builder --app-entry index.html --project app.jsb3
    JSBuilder --projectFile app.jsb3 --deployDir .
del /f /q classes.js-temp-356845408084.92346 //must be your temp file path

    I had the same error but this was being caused by something else. I had some ASP script at the top of my landing page which tested if the user had logged in. Very basic code;
    <%
    If session("user") = "" Then
    response.redirect("login.asp")
    End If
    %>

As soon as I removed this code I was able to create the deployment files.
