    To clarify, the issue is that the border doesn't show when you float the collapsed region?

    Evan: The issue is the left "header" stays collapsed when you click on the title text, instead of disappearing. In both cases, the top "header" appears, but the left header does not disappear as intended.

    This may have been fixed in 4.0.1, I haven't tested it out since then as we went a different route in my companies' project.
