help!!!Link with paging grid!

I had created a grid with paging!
The data requested from the database had been displayed in the grid.
However I found that I can't change the word into the link.
For example an items of data is "title",I want to add link to the "title".
I had found many material.
Perhaps I am not so clever to find the method.
So I have to call for help.
